 Ian He Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. He has been a director of China Gold International Resources since May 2000. He has 22 years' experience in the mineral industry. He is currently President and Director of Tri-River Ventures Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed mineral exploration company. Prior to that Mr. He served as President of Spur Ventures Inc., a TSX listed company, with phosphate mining and fertilizer operations in China. Mr. He holds a Ph.D. degree in mineral process engineering from the University of British Columbia. | |
